With SIMS being a downloadable software, there is often technical requirements and updates that need to be made, but do not fear; Lancashire County Council Education Digital Services are here to help you.

Offering guidance with product and technical roadmaps, as well as technical support and guiding you through the process of upgrading your Windows service, someone will be on hand to help you when you need it.

We have developed a range of support packages for schools using the SIMS Management Information System. Our SIMS experts are committed to working collaboratively with schools to ensure they are getting the most from their SIMS applications and the hardware they run on.
