Census

DfE Returns are a statutory obligation placed upon each school. To help with these returns, Lancashire County Council Education Digital Services offer an Assisted Service for the following:

  • School Census (three times per annum)
  • School Workforce Census
  • EYFS/Key Stage

These are remote services offered to schools to assist with the process of completing the relevant return. As part of this service, a SIMS specialist will access your school remotely, guide you through the process and answer any questions you may have related to each return.

Education Digital Services also offer a complete range of guidance notes for each Census Return and for Early Years Foundation Stage & Key Stage Returns.
