SIMS Support Services
BT Lancashire Services has developed a range of support packages for schools using the Capita SIMS Management Information System; our SIMS experts are committed to working collaboratively with schools to ensure they are getting the most from their SIMS applications and the hardware they run on.
There are three support options available to schools:
- Option 1: The most complete option we offer, covering support for all SIMS Hardware, Systems and Software.
- Option 2: Offers support for just the SIMS Software.
- Option 3: Offers support for the Finance Module only. Please note that due to Capita licence restrictions, this option is only available to Lancashire Maintained schools that already subscribe to our Finance Module Support Only service.
