Schools in the process of going live with ParentPay can contact the ParentPay Implementation Team directly on 02476 994 915. The Implementation Team will be your first point of contact throughout the setup phase and will remain your first point of contact until your school is trained and has started transacting. Please also refer to your ParentPay Launch Guide for Lancashire Schools provided by ParentPay for further information on launching ParentPay in your school.
