About the Service

This service provides second line support for a schools existing ICT support staff for specific technology areas.

What are the benefits?

This service enables a school's existing ICT support team to contact technical specialists for advice, guidance and fault resolution in a defined list of technology areas. It removes the requirement on school's ICT teams to have expertise in specific technology areas and allows them to focus on supporting the school.
